“At the end of the day, it’s not about what you have or even what you’ve accomplished… it’s about who you’ve lifted up, who you’ve made better, it’s about what you’ve given back.”

Learnerships for B-BBEE compliance in the category ‘Skills development’
There are many good reasons for employers to prioritise workforce upskilling. Not only can you equip individuals with valuable business skills to improve productivity, but you can also boost your B-BBEE scorecard.
The current and acceptable training delivery method to get B-BBEE points is in the form of learnerships. Our learnership approach assists companies to implement B-BBEE recommendations for the element of ‘Skills development’. Let us assist you and also help you make use of learnership tax deductions as stipulated in Sec. 12H of the South African Income Tax Act.
To fulfil our entrepreneurship training mission, we have agreements with CENCE (PTY) LTD to deliver a SAQA accredited course that would specifically benefit unemployed black learners. This course is especially relevant now, as employment opportunities are limited in South Africa. It is therefore also critical to replace the strong job-seeking mindsets with an entrepreneurial culture within South Africans. The course on offer is ‘New Venture Creation’ – see the course details below:
